Capital Projects Funds
Capital Replacement Fund (35)
This fund is used for accumulating resources for replacement of vehicles and equipment.
Funding is from transfers from other funds. For FY2020, a transfer of $730,000 from
General Fund will be made and appropriations of $750,000 is also budgeted. Major
Leases for FY2020 are as follows:
Water & Sewer Utility Projects Fund (42) and Impact Fees Fund (44)
This fund is to account for water and sewer capital projects. The source of funds is the
Water and Sewer Fund and the proceeds of debt backed by the net revenues of the Water
and Sewer Fund. Total budget of $7,397,633 is approved for FY2020. Major projects
approved for FY2020 include:
