Capital Projects Funds
STREET ASSESSMENTS FUND
The City ceased assessing for street repairs since 1999. There are unpaid assessments
for 25 projects that were completed prior to that time. Revenues from these accounts are
unpredictable and can vary significantly especially with commercial properties. Revenue
is received when the sale of property that triggers assessment payment plus penalty that
is due. There is no appropriation budgeted for FY2019.
