Capital Projects Funds

WATER AND SEWER IMPACT FEES FUND

Developers are required to pay a fee for each new residential or commercial construction
site. These fees are dedicated to fund improvements that must be made as a result of
the additional demand placed on the water and sewer system that is caused by the new
development. A total of $250,000 is budgeted for FY2019 for impact fee study.
