               Short-Term Goals


                     Evaluate health insurance program to provide best benefits to employees
                       while managing costs
                     Establish employee work group to offer suggestions for the employee
                       handbook update, wellness program, and employee recognition
                     Review and Update job descriptions
                     Complete compliance training: Harassment, Discrimination, and
                       Supervisory Training
                     Streamline the Recruiting and On-boarding process
                     Complete a personnel file audit to ensure legal compliance

                     Complete I-9 file audit to ensure legal compliance
                     Evaluate and make recommendations for identifying employee culture
                       and possible improvements.
                     Establish an exit interview process to evaluate internal culture and
                       recommendations for change at the department level.




                       Long Term Goals

                     Establish/Update the Intranet for in-house communications
                     Implement Comprehensive Wellness program
                     Implement On-line application submittal process
                     Implement Paperless HR
                     Implementation of Paperless open enrollment

                     Culture: Create an orientation video for new employee’s
                     Develop a Human Resources Continuity Plan for emergency situations
