CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS Supplemental Request Form FY 2018-2019 This device attaches to our SCBA face piece and allows the wearer to communicate more effectively in person and over the radio while operating inside a hazardopous environment that requires respiratory protection. These devices are all 8-10 years old and several have fallen into disrepair and need to be replaced. This plan would replace half of our FTE units this year and FY 20-21 FY 19-20 Amount
