CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS Supplemental Request Form FY 2018-2019 Personnel do not regularly get to replace their work footwear unless their footwear becomes damaged. Several personnel have footwear that is worn out and not only looks bad, but does not protect them or provide adequate suport while they are working. We would like to add this amount to our uniform budget on a recurring basis to provide funding for new footwear for each full FY 20-21 FY 19-20 Amount
