CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS Supplemental Request Form FY 2018-2019 Our current winter coats are more than five years old and have been passed down from employee to employee over the years. Several personnel are wearting coats that don't actually fit them such as being too short or too long, sleeves that are too short or too long, etc. This proposal would cover two budgets and replace coats for all FTE's. The jackets are insulated and the exterior FY 20-21 FY 19-20

Personnel must be properly outfitted with winter weather clothing in order to effectively do their jobs.
