CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS Supplemental Request Form FY 2018-2019 This request is to replace one nozzle on Engine 291 that wasn't replaced last year and three of the six nozzles on Engine 292. The existing nozzles are more than ten years old and in poor condition. Fire streams from older nozzles with normal wear are not as reliable or effective at suppressing fires.
