CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS Supplemental Request Form FY 2018-2019 This request is for 400' of 2.5" hose and 400' of 1.75" hose. This hose is needed to replace hoses that failed fire hose testing due to rupture or unrepairable leaks. All retired fire hose was more than ten years old. We should consider adding an annual allotment for replacing fire hose as this item has a service life and is often exposed to extreme fire and weather conditions for FY 20-21 FY 19-20
