Animal Care and Control
The Animal Shelter intakes and houses stray, owner surrendered and impounded animals. It operates adoption centers, spay/neuter
and medical treatment clinics, and administers pet foster and rescue programs. Field services impounds sick and stray animals,
investigates animal bites and other specialized cases.
