               This is intended  to provide  greater
               transparency,  as  the  City  recovers  all
               operating  costs  via  the  base  rate.  The    12,000,000             Water Revenue

               water.       As   is  evident    from   the

               water revenue comes from the volumetric

               WASTEWATER SALES

               Through  FY 2018, the  City budgeted and                             Wastewater Revenue
               accounted  for  revenue  from  wastewater       4,900,000
               sales  in  a single  account, which included    4,200,000
               revenue from both wastewater base rates         3,500,000
               and wastewater volumetric rates.

               Beginning in  FY 2019, the revenue  from
               wastewater  base  rates  and  wastewater        2,100,000
               volumetric rates is budgeted and tracked        1,400,000
               separately.  This  is  intended  to  provide
