The Downtown Master Plan was completed in 2004, Completion Completion

Update:
The Final Draft Plan is complete. The Downtown
Master Plan Advisory Committee (DMPAC) has met four
times, Community and Neighborhood Development
(CND) committee has been briefed three times, three
