Phase 3 (Clubhouse Package): This package

fencing. Fencing along Collins Street, Green Oaks
Boulevard, and a substantial portion along Brown
Boulevard is complete. Plumbing and foundation
walls for the basement were completed in
September. This phase is scheduled for
completion in the fall of 2019.
