             Community relationships play a vital role in the success of   Community Contact Hours

             In the 4th quarter, Library staff continues to reach out to   50
             the community to share information about City and Library
             services.  Group tours at the Downtown Library continue   0
             well after the Grand Opening.  It is evident that the       1st Qtr  2nd Qtr  3rd Qtr  4th Qtr
             community is excited about the new library and the
             various features. Contact hours were up as the Summer
             Reading Club was in full swing and the opening on the new
             library location.  While this year went very well, this
             performance measure will be continued in FY 2019 to help
             nurture and bolster the relationships built in FY 2018.
