The Annual Update in 2018, will add clarification to
certain requirements, amend certain standards to comply
with State Law, and correct minor discrepancies in the
ordinance.

Update:
The UDC Annual update was presented at the Community
and Neighborhood Development (CND) Committee
meeting on August 21, 2018. The first reading/public
hearing for adoption of the UDC Annual update was
approved by the City Council on September 18, 2018.
