Update:
The First Time Offender Class option was made available
to defendants at the August Code Compliance Pre‐Trial
meeting. The first class was held on September 18, 2018,
in the Animal Services Community Room with three
defendants successfully completing the class resulting in
dismissal of their citations. The First Time Offender Class
will remain a permanent option at Pre‐Trial and will be
held every 2‐4 months depending on class volume.
