Shared Services-Information Technology
The Information Technology Office provides the technical infrastructure, cybersecurity management,
and digital service support that enable efficient and secure operations across all City departments. The
office oversees network and system reliability, maintains business applications and hardware, and
delivers help desk services and training to ensure staff can effectively use technology. In addition to
safeguarding data and systems against cyber threats, IT leads strategic planning, system upgrades, and
innovation initiatives that improve internal processes and expand digital access for residents. Through
these responsibilities, the Information Technology Office supports organizational continuity, enhances
service delivery, and drives the City’s long-term technology modernization efforts.
