DIVISION DESCRIPTION
The Facility Maintenance Division ensures that buildings and infrastructure are safe, functional, and well-maintained to
support the needs of employees and guests. This involves a combination of preventive care, timely repairs, and strategic
upgrades.

FY26 DIVISION GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to minimize downtime and disruptions, ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations
Ensure facilities meet safety codes, fire regulations, and accessibility standards
Implement scheduled maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure, reducing the need for
costly emergency repairs
Optimize maintenance budgets through efficient resource allocation and energy-saving initiatives to reduce
operational costs
Protect the value of physical assets by addressing wear and tear, conduct timely renovations, and manage upgrades
Provide maintenance support for all CVB properties
