Historically, Colleyville's top ten taxpayers have accounted for only a small percentage of the total valuation, currently at
2 .4% . This is largely due to Colleyville being predominantly a residential community, where proper ty values are widely
distributed across numerous households rather than concentrated in a few large commercial entities. This residential
focus contributes to the city's {nancial stability and ensures that no single taxpayer or group of taxpayers holds
dispropor tionate in|uence over the overall tax base.
