fall outside the functional responsibilities of the
Water/Sewer Fund departments and divisions.
Department Overview
Water/Sewer Fund Administration is responsible for the planning, development, programming, and management
of activities and services provided to the citizens through the Human Resources and Finance departments. This
budget consists of personnel costs associated with these services.
