Department Performance Measure Definitions





           FINANCE & TECHNOLOGY

                                                              This measure represents the Water Utilities
           Collection Rate in Water Utilities                 division’s track collection rates that determine if our
                                                              methods of collection are effective.

                                                              The measure represents the Purchasing Internal and

                                                              voluntary separations within a year divided by the
                                                              number of employees, multiplied by 100.

                                                              vacancy to job acceptance.
                                                              This measure represents the total number of
                                                              volunteer hours served by volunteers through
