Department Performance Measure Definitions
FINANCE & TECHNOLOGY
This measure represents the Water Utilities
Collection Rate in Water Utilities division’s track collection rates that determine if our
methods of collection are effective.
The measure represents the Purchasing Internal and
Purchasing Surveys External Customer Service Surveys to determine
satisfaction rates from the purchasing division.

This measure represents the amount of unplanned

number of employees, multiplied by 100.
This measure represents the average number of

vacancy to job acceptance.

volunteer hours served by volunteers through
Value of Volunteer Time Volunteer Southlake multiplied by the national
value of each volunteer hours as established by the
Independent Sector.
