Contract Administration
In many instances, the Neighborhood Services Department is not a direct service provider, but through our grant award process,
utilizes various non-profit organizations to serve our targeted clientele. NSD is responsible for monitoring sub-recipients to
ensure resources are being expended properly within established program guidelines.
