Recommendation:

It is recommended the City Council adopt the Proposed Tax Rate of $0.625159 per
$100 taxable value to fund the Fiscal Year 2022 budget.

The City Council shall make the following motion:

With the adoption of Ordinance 2489, “I move that the property tax rate of
$0.625159 per $100 taxable value be adopted as the 2021 tax rate which
includes the Operations & Maintenance Rate of $0.516794 and the Interest &
Sinking Rate of $0.108365.”
