Summary:

In November 2018, Arlington voters approved Milestone Estimated Actual
general obligation bonds to design and build a new Completion Completion
Police Evidence Storage Facility. In Winter of 2021, Initial Project May 2021
City Council approved the purchase of a commercial Schedule/Development Phase
property at 1715 E. Lamar Blvd. This property will be Request for Qualifications for June 2021
converted into a new facility for the Police Architect/Engineer
Department that will house a North District Architect/Engineer Selection Sept. 2021
substation, evidence storage and crime lab. Process
