x Funded Employee Appreciation Dinner
x Addressed COVID-19 recovery
x Began phasing out The Equipment Replacement Fund
x Enhanced the Capital Outlay Plan
x Funded lease of mail machine and city-wide copiers
x Continued the funding for dependent health coverage assistance
x Continued health insurance supplement
x Continued the city-wide beautification program
x Discontinued some employee benefit programs to assist with the COVID-19 recovery

MAJOR BUDGETARY ISSUES AND OPERATIONAL TRENDS:

Recovery from the COVID-19 crisis will require numerous adjustments to all City operations with
revenue and expenditures adjustments.
