BUDGET OVERVIEW
City of North Richland Hills Core Values – R-SPIRIT
As a supplement to these goals, the City Council established a set of core organizational values
and assigned specific meaning to each value to inspire City employees to strive toward
excellence in the provision of services to the City’s citizens. These core values are:

• Honoring the organization’s chain of command
