           effectiveness through shared services.






            Objectives:

               •  Maintain quality public facilities that meet the City’s image


               •  Instill an engaged, service-driven organizational culture that embodies R-SPIRIT values

               •  Maintain infrastructure that can meet current and future needs

               •  Explore improved efficiency, cost savings, and effectiveness through shared services

               •  Refine and enhance the customer experience by focusing on our processes and solution
                  driven approach

            Accomplishments:

               •  Communications and Economic Development launched the Explore NRH campaign, which
                  utilizes digital highway billboards to promote our positive city image and draw attention to
                  interesting destinations and unique experiences in NRH. The campaign reaches more than
                  250,000 travelers passing through our community each week.  Other than  staff time  to
                  create graphics, there is no cost to the city for this campaign.

               •  The Court implemented additional electronic processes and access allowing defendants
                  and/or their attorney's to track case status updates,  file motions and/or  representation
                  letters, accept certificates of completed requirements and written requests for undue
                  hardship considerations via Online Record Search, Email and or Fax.
