Strive to provide improved traffic flow and mass
transit opportunities for our growing community.

Objectives:

• Maintain leadership role on regional transportation issues

• Continue to address congestion as it relates to local traffic flow

• Continue to address street conditions

• Develop transportation options around local rail stations

Accomplishments:

• Completed Pavement Assessment Project and utilized the data provided to develop a
multi‐year preventive street maintenance project plan.

• Completed two major roadway projects (Davis / Mid‐Cities & Rufe Snow Drive).

• Applied for and received additional grant funding for the Davis / Mid‐Cities intersection
project.
