FY 2019-20 Top Accomplishments
The City of North Richland Hills earned the American Heart Association's Bronze level Workplace Health
Achievement Award for 2019. This award was presented to the City in recognition of our commitment to
employee health through our wellness activities and our high level of employee engagement.
Completed Medical, Dental and Rx Request for Proposal in order to implement a cost‐effective comprehensive
benefit package.
Incorporated LinkedIn and on‐line interview platform into our employee recruitment processes in order to attract
and hire the best qualified applicants.
Provided important health screenings, flu shots and new wellness programs in order to encourage healthy lifestyle
choices for our employees and their dependents.
