           FY 2019-20 Top Accomplishments

 Completed the 2019 NRH Citizen Survey measuring residents opinions about the community and the services that
the city provides. This year's survey had 1,630 responses, which is our highest level of participation since we first
implemented the citizen survey in 2005.

 Launched the Explore NRH campaign, which utilizes digital highway billboards to promote our positive city image
and draw attention to interesting destinations and unique experiences in NRH. The campaign reaches more than
250,000 travelers passing through our community each week. Other than staff time to create graphics, there is no
cost to the city for this campaign.

 Implemented a 2020 Census campaign, encouraging all NRH residents to participate in the census. Efforts included
weekly posts on social media, as well as outreach to numerous community stakeholders.

 Production of series of Economic Development videos to educate residents as to why businesses choose to locate
where they do and what efforts the city makes to encourage new businesses to come to NRH. The video series will
be shared on social media and the Economic Development website.

 Education of community regarding coronavirus pandemic, it's broad impacts to our community, state and local
orders related to the pandemic, and precautions they need to be taking.
