Beginning in FY 2021, Major Street Infrastructure Projects include:

$100,000 – Pond Street $150,000 – Concord Drive
Residential reconstruction project partially Reconstruction of a residential concrete roadway
funded with Community Development Block that is beyond its service life.
Grant (CDBG) funds.

$482,000 – Traffic Signal @ FM 157 and Watson Branch
Add a traffic signal and turn lanes on FM 157 at a new intersection created by the Watson Branch
Development.
