               Objectives:
                   •   Develop the eleven sites as highly visible, landscapes “benchmarks” within the
                       community.
                   •   Continue to improve the facilities, structures, and ground of the water well sites, water
                       storage facilities, cemeteries, and right of ways throughout the City.
                   •   Enhance the ongoing maintenance of sites, facilities, and structures.
                   •   To continue the ongoing maintenance and operation of the ½ cent sales tax funded
                       facilities and structures including: playgrounds, pavilions, athletic fields, aquatics
                       centers, trails, tennis courts, irrigation systems, picnic areas, and botanical beds and
                       other components of the parks system.
                   •   To continue improving facilities, structures, and acreage throughout the parks system.
