In 2010, the City purchased two message boards that are utilized for

traffic control. Approximately 3 years ago, one of the message boards
stopped functioning and replacement parts were no longer UNIT #: 978 & 979
manufactured. The message board vendor finally obtained a repair part

from a message board that was hit by a vehicle and was able to repair
the message board. The other message board is having the same issue, 2-YR MAINTENANCE COST: $ 28
but replacement parts cannot be obtained.
