Summary:
Stormwater Projects are funded through the Stormwater
Utility Fee and are included in the annual capital budget. The
projects listed below are expected to begin or complete
construction during FY 2020. Project milestones listed in the
table will be updated as they occur during the year.

Update:
The Matthews Court Drainage Improvements Phase 1 and 2
construction, which began in June of 2020, is proceeding on
schedule. The improvements in Randol Mill Park and along
Randol Mill Road are scheduled to be completed December of
2020.

Kee Branch Trib 4 is being constructed in two phases.
Construction of the segment in Deaver Park (Phase 1) will
begin in November of 2020 while easements are acquired in
the segment between Bradley Lane and Andalusia Trail (Phase
2).

The Harvest Hills project is split into a channel project (Phase
1) and a neighborhood improvements project (Phase 2). Phase
1 is in the final design phase and easement acquisitions will
begin in FY 2021. Phase 2 design will also begin in FY 2021.
