The Southlake 2035 Economic Development Master Development
Plan includes a recommendation to build an economic Master Plan
development investment fund. We are proposing to
continue to implement this recommendation for FY ED15: Maintain ongoing, dedicated

Revenue highlights. For FY 2020, we are proposing investment in the Economic Development
to transfer $150,000 to this fund, as we work to build
its balance for future use. Investment Fund.
Expenditure highlights. We are proposing no expenditures from this fund for FY 2020.
Fund balance. The ending fund balance is projected to be $2,599,211.
