                                                   DESCRIPTION / MISSION
          It is the mission of the North Richland Hills Marshal’s Office to gain compliance of Class C offenders through the effective
          utilization of investigative police methodology, active warrant service in the field, and through the utilization of individualized
          payment plans, as well as to provide police oversight and protection for the municipal court, court personnel, and citizens.

                                                           GOALS
          • To provide a safe and secure working environment for Municipal Court operations. (Safety and Security)
          • To provide safe and secure transportation for prisoners and Marshals. (Safety and Security)
          • To provide effective resources to assist Marshals in serving warrants. (Positive City Image)
          • To provide and maintain a consistently high level of compliance. (Positive City Image)
                                                        OBJECTIVES
          • Maintain proficiency standards by attending state sanctioned training. (Safety and Security)
          • Maintain an active presence on the streets in multiple cities throughout the area. (Positive City Image)
          • Devise a networking system in order to keep abreast of advanced police technology. (Safety and Security)
          • Maintain consistency of operations by ensuring all deputies are cross trained. (Safety and Security)
          • To provide a safe harbor for defendants that want to appear and seek alternative payment methods to resolve their outstanding
           violations. (Positive City Image)
