            This project includes constructing a metal awning along the west shop bay doors at Fire Maintenance. The structure would be
            30' length x 30' width x 20' height with brick columns. Also included is the relocation of the dumpster enclosure.

            Fire mechanic technicians frequently have to perform repairs or replacements on fire apparatus equipment outside the shop.
            Providing this addition would cover the technicians during inclement weather or severe heat days and reduce the building heat
            load effects in the afternoon operating hours during summer months. In addition, it would provide cover for the equipment,
            while systems are open for repairs.
