PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Information Technology (IT) Division serves other City departments through a series of services that include integating computer
systems, coordinating, negotiating and managing information technology related contracts, technology assistance, and support. The
Division creates the technological environment that enables City employees to quick access vital information using the most efficient
and cost effective hardware and computer systems. The IT Division assists City departments in responding to the needs of the citizens
by enabling City employees to quickly access vital information. Staff is dedicated to providing quality service through teamwork,
partnerships, and developing team and individual strengths.

FY 2018-2019 HIGHLIGHTS

∗ Completed the installation of the Cisco Telephone/Voice Project.
∗ Continued deployments of Windows 10 computers to staff.
∗ Installed the server hardware, designed and implemented the required network changes for Zuercher (Police Software).
