MUNICIPAL COURT JUVENILE CASE MANAGER FUND

The Juvenile Case Manager Fund was established by the Texas Legislature through an
amendment to the Texas Code of Criminal Procedures to allow the assessment of a
$5.00 fee to be added to every conviction through Municipal Court. The $5.00 fee is
deposited into its own fund and, by law, will finance salary and benefits for a Juvenile
Case Manager.
