Municipal Court Judicial Efficiency

Introduction

The Municipal Court Judicial Efficiency Fund is funded from the proceeds of a $25.00 one-time payment fee paid by defendants who
have been convicted of a misdemeanor offense. The $25.00 fee is distributed as follows: $12.50 to the state, $10.00 to the General
Fund, and $2.50 to the Municipal Court Judicial Efficiency fund.
