Municipal Court Technology

Introduction

The Municipal Court Technology Fund is funded from the proceeds of a technology fee paid by defendants who have been convicted
of a misdemeanor offense. Starting January 1, 2020, per TX SB346, 28.57% of the $14 court fee is deposited into this fund.
