Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ). Expenditures from the fund are allocated to projects that suppor t infrastructure
improvements, economic development , and overall enhancement of the zone.

In FY 2025, the City added funding for school resource of{cers (SROs) in the Grapevine -Colleyville Independent School
District (GCISD ). This $900,000 annual commitment will continue through 2030, marking a major por tion of the fund's
           expenditure.

Additionally, one of the key projects funded by the TIF for FY 2025 and FY 2026 is Hero’s Park , an impor tant capital
improvement within the zone. This project aligns with the TIF ’s goal of enhancing public spaces and infrastructure to
encourage fur ther development in the area. Another key project is the Gateway Towers and surrounding areas      This

Overall, the TIF Fund remains focused on promoting growth and development within the zone through targeted
infrastructure and improvement projects, with the SRO funding marking a signi{cant long- term expenditure.
