AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BURLESON, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 2025 TAX ROLLS; AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DA TE.

WHEREAS, the City of Burleson, Texas (the "City") received the certified 2025 tax rolls

of he City of Burleson; and

WHEREAS, the City desires to approve the tax rolls in accordance with state law.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BURLESON, TEXAS:

Section 1

That the City Council hereby approves the 2025 tax rolls of he City of Burleson, Texas,
which will result in a tax levy in the estimated amount of $46,678,788.00 ( of which
$1,516,184.00 is tax revenue from the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two)
based on the Certified Appraisal Rolls as approved and provided by he Appraisal Review

Boards of he Johnson Central Appraisal District and the Tarrant Central Appraisal District.

Section 2

That t s hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this ordinance is

passed is open to the public and that public notice of he time, place, and purpose of aid
s

meeting was given as required by law.
Section 3

This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval.
