The Comprehensive Plan—also known as the comp plan, Milestone Completion Completion

guide for long-term planning and zoning. The current plan, 99 Engagement

especially regarding growth, utilities, community
services and transportation
• Serves as a guide to orient decisions over time and
encourages consistency in decision making
• Provides guidance for future decision-making
