Update: City Council May 2025 May 27, 2025
The 2025 updates consisting of 27 amendments were Second Reading
approved by City Council on May 27, 2025. PDS staff
provided training to planning, engineering, building
inspection, and code compliance personnel on June 12,
2025. The changes took effect on July 1, 2025.
