Summary:
Adult Education Students Served
The library’s adult education program offers high-
quality instruction to help adult learners earn workforce 1,400
certifications, pursue career advancement, prepare for 1,200
post-secondary education, achieve a high school 1,000
equivalency, and improve English language skills. As part 800

Consortium (TCAELC), funded by the Texas Workforce
Commission, FY 2025 funding will be performance- 400
based, with a budget of $762,846.41 for Program 200
Management & Operations and Educational Services. -
The program is fully funded, including the following 1st Qtr 2nd Qtr 3rd Qtr 4th Qtr

The Tarrant County Adult Education and Literacy
Consortium (TCAELC) revised the FY 2025 grant
agreement, increasing funding to $1,140,477 to support
the increasing demand for the Integrated Education and
Training (IET) program. This additional funding allowed
for full support of a second Literacy Coordinator, who
will assist with the growing number of Workplace IETs.
