                   OPERATIONS
                  Achieved and maintained full police staffing for over 5 months of the budget year
                  Completed a thorough review and update of 85% of the department’s policy manual
                  Awarded ten Watchguard brand cameras from the Duncanville Police Department
                  Awarded 25 Motorola APX 6000 handheld radios from the Mansfield Police Department
                  Continued use of the Community Oriented and Geographic policing model to address the
                   causes of crime and long-term quality of life issues in cooperation with Community
                   Development and other area partners
                  Renewed the Memorandum of Understanding with the Alliance for Children to provide
                   victim services and assist in the investigation of offenses against children
                  Continued our partnership with the DEA Task Force- Ft. Worth (DEATF - FTW) to address
                   drug/narcotics trafficking affecting the Kennedale area and investigating drug related
                   overdose cases
