                Relations Ordinance (Chapter 17 of City Code) and Americans with Disabilities Act.

            Business Equity
                The Business Equity Division supports capacity building efforts for aspiring, and existing minority and women business
                enterprises, leads efforts to close racial and gender gaps in City contracting and procurement, and assists small,
                minority-owned and women-owned businesses in gaining access to prime contracting and sub-contracting opportunities
                offered through city procurement in compliance with the City Council-approved Business Diversity Enterprise (BDE)
                Ordinance No. No. 20020-12-2011 or its most recent version.
