Information Systems Manager
Information Systems Management (ISM) provides comprehensive technology support across the City, including audio/visual,
computer, multimedia, voice, video, data center operations, geographical information systems (GIS), telecommunications,
and web-based applications. The department ensures the effective integration of technology into the City’s core mission
through strategic planning, programming, training, consulting, and support activities. Information Systems Management is
responsible for developing, enhancing, and managing the City’s enterprise networks to ensure high-speed communication
and functional connectivity among all information resources. The department also explores innovative applications of
technology within the City and offers leadership in secure, effective, and strategic technology planning.
