to Policing, and Financial Wellness. APD has given an

additional 10 hrs. of officer involvement during the 4
Quarter of this fiscal year.
The Hometown Recruiting Officer made presentations to
High School Counselors, participants in Career Camps, and
lower-level CJ classes in an effort to increase interest in the
program among sophomores and juniors. Some of the CJ
classes included Law I and II, and Court Proceedings.
Kylee Schroer, a graduate of Class 4, began her policing
career as a member of APD Academy Class 70.
Additionally, Heidi Fritz, a recent graduate of class 10 joined
APD as a jailer.
